Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Dera Laser Works (DLW), all products are custom-made according to project specifications. Therefore, our shipping and delivery terms may vary depending on the nature, size, and location of each project.
1. Project-Based Shipping
Shipping arrangements are determined based on:
- Product size and weight
- Installation requirements
- Delivery location
- Fragility of materials (acrylic, LED, neon, etc.)
- Urgency of the project
Due to the customized nature of our signage products, shipping timelines and charges are confirmed individually for each order.
2. Delivery Methods
Depending on the project, delivery may be arranged through:
- In-house delivery and installation by DLW team
- Third-party courier or cargo services
- Customer pickup from our workshop
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are not fixed and vary based on distance, size, and handling requirements. Final shipping charges will be communicated and approved before dispatch.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and production schedule. Estimated delivery dates will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Risk & Responsibility
Once the product is handed over to a third-party courier service, DLW is not responsible for transit delays or damages caused during shipping. Clients are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
6. Installation Services
For projects requiring on-site installation, delivery and installation may be scheduled together. Additional transportation or lifting equipment charges may apply depending on site conditions.
