Refund & Repair Policy
At Dera Laser Works (DLW), we are committed to delivering high-quality signage and laser fabrication services. This policy outlines the conditions under which repairs, corrections, or refunds may be provided.
1. Damaged or Defective Materials
If any material supplied by Dera Laser Works is found to be damaged, defective, or improperly manufactured at the time of delivery or installation, we will:
- Inspect the issue promptly
- Provide correction or repair at no additional cost (if confirmed as our fault)
- Fix installation errors caused by our team
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of installation or delivery.
2. Installation Corrections
If signage is not properly installed due to an error by our installation team, we will provide correction and proper fixation without additional charges.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once production has started or installation has been completed.
4. Environmental & External Damage
Dera Laser Works is not responsible for damage caused by environmental or external factors including but not limited to:
- Wind storms
- Heavy rain or flooding
- Lightning or electrical surges
- Fire incidents
- Accidents or physical impact
- Third-party interference or vandalism
In such cases, repair or replacement services can be provided; however, separate charges will apply depending on the extent of the damage.
5. Additional Repair Costs
Any loss or damage occurring after successful installation and handover will require additional payment for material, labor, and reinstallation costs.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring proper electrical supply, structural support, and safe environmental conditions for installed signage.
